Vadim, a Shareholder and Co-Owner at Licata & Yeremenko, APLC, hails from Kiev, Ukraine. He relocated to Los Angeles alongside his family at the age of 11. Growing up in the diverse environment of Hollywood, Vadim had the privilege of forming friendships with individuals from various backgrounds. His immigrant background played a crucial role in igniting his dedication to aiding the less fortunate in his community.

Vadim’s fascination with the legal realm is rooted in the narratives shared by his grandfather, a post-World War II judge in Ukraine. His academic journey led him to attain a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School.

Following his Bar admission, Vadim committed his professional trajectory to advocating for plaintiffs embroiled in employment-related disputes, encompassing cases of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. He extends his representation to employees spanning diverse industries, firmly upholding the belief that equitable and respectful treatment should be extended to all workers. Additionally, Vadim champions the causes of plaintiffs in matters of personal injury and products liability, striving to establish corporate accountability for the consequences of their actions or inactions.
