Originally from Long Beach, California, Mr. Kring earned his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine, in 1982. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During his time as a law student, he gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk for Hon. Judge William Sheffield at the Orange County Superior Court.
