Lily also holds several certifications, including CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Lily’s expertise extends to helping a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, navigate and comply with their privacy, cybersecurity, and data breach notification responsibilities under various laws such as CCPA, GDPR, NYDFS, COPPA, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, and numerous other regulations. She also possesses the GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) certification, enabling her to provide advanced incident response and digital forensics support to clients during cybersecurity incidents.

Lily Li earned her legal degree from Duke University School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Williams College.
