Jessica B. Cha is a certified Family Law Specialist, recognized by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. With substantial experience in family law litigation, Jessica adeptly handles pre and post-judgment dissolution of marriage cases, encompassing aspects like child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and asset and debt division. She also manages parentage matters.
Furthermore, Jessica extends her expertise to international child abduction cases, boasting familiarity with the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. She has even ventured overseas to advocate before foreign judiciaries and officials on behalf of clients.

Jessica earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California San Diego. After a stint in Washington, DC, working for the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Commerce, she returned to California, where she discovered her passion for family law.
