Lawrence M. Rosenstock is a seasoned attorney affiliated with the law firm Markewich and Rosenstock LLP, located in New York City. With over three decades of legal expertise, Mr. Rosenstock specializes in a wide range of legal areas, including business litigation, commercial litigation, insurance matters, probate, trust and estate litigation, and more. He serves clients across the New York metropolitan area.
Mr. Rosenstock holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and earned his law degree from the New York University School of Law. Throughout his illustrious career, he has delivered presentations on various litigation topics for diverse organizations and has served as an associate editor for the New York University School of Law’s Annual Survey of American Law. Mr. Rosenstock is admitted to practice in several courts, including all New York state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Beyond his legal work, Mr. Rosenstock is actively engaged in his local political community, holding the position of Democratic District Leader for Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He has provided valuable counsel to numerous judicial campaigns and established civil court judicial screening panels for the New York County Democratic Committee.
In addition to his civic involvement, Mr. Rosenstock is affiliated with various professional organizations, including the New York City Bar Association, the Lexington Democratic Club, and the alumni association of the New York University School of Law, where he serves on the board of directors. He is also a member of the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary for the Manhattan Democrats.
