His legal practice spans across Texas, New York, and New Jersey, and he is authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.

His illustrious career encompasses roles such as assistant general counsel for the Texas Medical Board, assistant attorney general in the Elder Law and Public Health Division at the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and a stint as a prosecutor in Midland County, Texas.
