Ms. Ayoub is dedicated to representing clients not only in New York but also throughout the United States and internationally. Her expertise lies in the fields of work visas, green cards, EB-5 applications, and U.S. citizenship matters. Additionally, Ms. Ayoub is proficient in Spanish, Arabic, and French languages.
She obtained her Juris Doctor equivalent and a Master’s degree in international private law from the Université Panthéon Assas in Paris, France. Subsequently, she pursued a Master of Laws in international legal studies from the American University Washington College of Law.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Ayoub has advocated for multinational corporations and clients from diverse industries, including financial services, consumer products, media, and healthcare. She consistently assists corporate clients and their foreign national employees in navigating the intricate immigration process, encompassing the relocation of foreign national executives, managers, and key personnel to the United States. Ms. Ayoub also offers guidance to her clients in crafting both short-term and long-term visa strategies.
Ms. Ayoub possesses the legal acumen to handle even the most intricate cases and adopts a targeted approach for each one.
