Ms. Gold’s primary focus in her practice is to provide guidance to small businesses in matters concerning their establishment and contractual issues, particularly those related to administrative agencies, leasing, employment, and licensing. Her clientele comprises a diverse group, including licensed professionals, entrepreneurs, lessees, lessors, investors, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Beyond her legal work, Ms. Gold serves as a lecturer at Rensselaer (RPI), where she imparts knowledge on business law and ethics, and she also acts as the advisor to RPI’s Pre-Law Society. She maintains active involvement with various sections and committees within the New York State Bar Association, including Business Law, General Practice, and Young Lawyers, and has earned the distinction of being chosen as a Fellow by both the American Bar Foundation and the New York Bar Foundation.
Ms. Gold is an alumna of Albany Law School and the University at Albany. She is the proprietor of Gold Law Firm and is also one of the co-founders of Gold Piece Consulting.
