Justin holds the position of Managing Partner at Nolan & Heller and is a recognized member of the AAA Roster of Neutrals. He has also served as the President of the CRBBA in the past. Justin’s professional focus primarily involves acting as counsel for debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as providing legal services to lenders in matters related to commercial loan workouts, restructurings, liquidations, foreclosures, litigation, seizures, and receiverships, encompassing all aspects of bankruptcy law.

Furthermore, beyond his expertise in insolvency cases, Justin also serves as legal counsel to business clients in various corporate, financial, and transactional matters. His practice extends to a wide spectrum of commercial and business litigation, which includes handling contract disputes, franchise and licensing issues, dissolution proceedings, derivative actions, and disputes involving partners and shareholders.
