April S. Glatt

April is the Managing Partner at Chauvel & Glatt.  She practices civil litigation specializing in Employment law (representing employers only) counseling clients on California Labor Compliance and best practices through litigation, including Wage & Hour case, Class & PAGA cases, whistleblower, discrimination, harassment & retaliation cases, which is the majority of her practice.  She also incorporates General Business Litigation, and Commercial Real Estate transactions into her practice to be full service to her business clients (for-profit and non-profit). She is a strategic thinker and advocate who is focused on providing exceptional customer service while solving and preventing legal problems. She is a strong advocate for, and supporter of, women in law and business and loves to serve her community.  April is also licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Illinois and worked as a Staff Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit in Illinois. She also worked for the San Diego District Attorney's Office and Bay Area Legal Aid.
