Early in her career and prior to joining Mandell Trial Lawyers, she worked at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office’s civil liability and consumer protection divisions and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Preliminary Hearing Unit.This wide range of experience allows Ms. Tutuyan to provide the highest quality of legal representation to her clients.
