After graduating in 2004, he enrolled in the University of Washington School of Law and obtained his LL.M. degree in taxation in 2005.In 2006, Mr. Evans became licensed to practice law across all California state courts, and later on, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Throughout his 17-plus years practicing law, he gained immense exposure to how to navigate the intricacies of the legal fields he operates in, including serving as chief operating officer for a mammoth oil and gas company, as well as vice president and securities counsel of private programs for a realty investors group.
