Christopher Taylor

With almost two decades of experience, Christopher Taylor is managing attorney for the Law Offices of Taylor & Taylor and represents clients from Irvine and Huntington Beach, California. Named as an Orange County Top Attorney in 2015 by Coast magazine, he also has an Avvo “Superb” rating and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. His career began at the Orange County Public Defender’s office as deputy public defender, where he gained extensive experience in many types of criminal defense law during his nine years working there.In 2001, Mr. Taylor graduated from Santa Clara University with an undergraduate degree in political science. As an honors student, he earned high marks and was accepted to the University of San Diego’s School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor and an American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure. When he graduated, he was in the top 30% of his class.Mr. Taylor is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. A regular lecturer on matters of pre-trial motions to suppress evidence and jury trial tactics, he is constantly learning from seminars at organizations like the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the California Public Defenders Association.Respected by both prosecutors and judges in the area, Mr. Taylor has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of the accused.
