Daniel F. Webster is a seasoned attorney based in Buffalo, licensed to practice law in New York State since 2009. Leading the Law Office of Daniel Webster, he offers legal services in the areas of wills, trusts, estates, real estate and foreclosure law.The Law Office of Daniel Webster, originally established as Webster & Dubs, P.C., relocated in 2021 from downtown Buffalo to the Village of Kenmore, aligning closer to the community Mr. Webster calls home. In 2023, following the departure of his partner Josh Dubs, he continued his practice under the current name.Mr. Webster’s commitment to his community extends beyond legal services. He is also an investment advisory representative with Orchestral Financial Group, Inc., providing financial planning and investment advisory services. He has been actively investing in the markets since a very young age and became a certified Investment Adviser by passing the Series 65 Investment Adviser Law examination in 2019.
