David I. Shiner

Personal injury and trial attorney David I. Shiner began his legal career in South Florida and has been an active member of the legal community since becoming licensed in 2002. With an experience of over two decades of experience, he serves as the managing partner of Shiner Law Group, in Boca Raton, Florida. Over the years, Mr. Shiner has built a robust practice dedicated to assisting those wronged or injured throughout Florida and is also licensed to practice in Washington state.Currently, Mr. Shiner is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and has the privilege of practicing before all federal district courts in Florida. He is involved in various bar associations and organizations, including the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the American Bar Association.At the University of South Florida, Mr. Shiner completed his bachelor’s degree in political science and religious studies in 1999. Following this, he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with a J.D. focused on civil litigation and personal injury in 2002.Mr. Shiner’s practice primarily focuses on personal injury law, where he leads a team committed to advocating for clients injured in car accidents, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents and other instances of negligence or carelessness.
