David L. Hirschberg

Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar, David L. Hirschberg is a shareholder at Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A. located in Boca Raton, Florida. Providing representation to clients throughout South Florida, he assists individuals whose marriages are coming to an end and who need to deal with issues like spousal and child support, the division of complex assets, and child custody and visitation. An experienced and aggressive courtroom advocate, Mr. Hirschberg will, when appropriate, attempt to have his clients reach an accord on some of these matters through negotiations and mediation. In addition to his divorce practice, he also routinely prepares and reviews prenuptial agreements, and he has experience in paternity disputes.The ethical and principled manner in which Mr. Hirschberg handles these often sensitive cases has not gone unnoticed by his colleagues.
