David N. Horowitz

David N. Horowitz is a family law mediator and attorney at Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Horowitz mediates and arbitrates complex family law cases in Phoenix and throughout Arizona.Mr. Horowitz has over 30 years of experience with family law matters, including divorce, adoption, business valuation, child custody, child support, grandparents’ rights, guardianship, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. An accomplished litigator, he now prefers to concentrate his practice on alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and the less adversarial approach known as collaborative law.Honored for his success and achievements, Mr. Horowitz holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
