Derek P. Wisehart

He is certified in criminal law by the California Board of Legal Specialization.In 1992, Mr. Wisehart obtained a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance/marketing, then attended Tulane Law School. There he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1995 and was the executive editor of the Sport Lawyers’ Journal section of the Law Journal. He also received a certificate in environmental law, was a member of The Order of Barristers and was Justice of the Moot Court Board.Mr. Wisehart is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association, a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and a past president of Tulare County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Wisehart is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and in California state courts.With over 15 years of trial experience, Mr. Wisehart is prepared to aggressively defend the legal rights of any of his clients. He was a former deputy district attorney for six years in Fresno County.
