Donald R. Pepperman

Donald R. Pepperman is a highly regarded civil litigator at both the trial and appellate levels and a partner at Waymaker LLP. Located in Los Angeles, California, he provides representation to personal and business clients throughout the state on a variety of matters. Admitted to practice before all California state courts, Mr. Pepperman is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th and 9th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.Mr. Pepperman has been involved in several high-profile cases during his distinguished career. Representative matters have included the defense of a well-known accounting firm in a class action based on mismanaged audits, the representation of the owner of a patent who was suing a company for infringement, and acting as counsel for a class of employees in an action based on wage and hour violations. Mr. Pepperman's experience has also encompassed antitrust litigation and consumer rights matters.
