Ms. Arfa founded her own law firm, Fay Arfa, A Law Corporation, in 1986. Ms. Arfa has the distinction of being certified as a Specialist in both Criminal Law and Appellate Law by the State Bar of CA, Board of Legal Specialization. The National Board of Trial Advocacy, NBTA, has certified her as a Criminal Trial Advocate. Ms. Arfa defends people charged with state and/or federal violent criminal offenses, including sex offenses.
