Hal D. Bartholomew limits his practice ro family law. The co-founder of Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP, located in Sacramento, he has been certified as a specialist in family law by the Board of Legal Specialization of The State Bar of California since the program began.  Mr. Bartholomew represents clients throughout the area who are facing the end of their marriages and who are having to deal with such issues as complex property division, divorce taxation.prenuptial agreements. and  child and spousal support. His major focus is to find resolutions of matters through consensal dispute resolution processes of divorce mediation and collaborative divorce.A California native, Mr. Bartholomew attended the University of California, Davis, as an undergraduate, where he majored in political science and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. Mr. Bartholomew was a partner at a Sacramento firm for many years until co-founding Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP in Feb. 1989. He is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.Highly regarded by his fellow attorneys for his successes on behalf of his clients, Mr. Bartholomew has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo.
