Horace W. Green

Horace W. Green represents businesses, employers, and administrators in life, health, and disability insurance; ERISA; employment; and general business litigation in California state and federal courts and in the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Green has tried several cases to verdict. He graduated from Stanford Law School in 1984. He is a former member of the California State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct; is a former Chair of the ABA Torts and Insurance Practice Employee Benefits Section; and was profiled in "Five Who Got It Right, "13Widener Law Journal209 (2003).
