James Selth

Attorney James R. Selth is recognized as one of the leading consumer and small-business bankruptcy attorneys in Southern California, and is a State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in bankruptcy law. In 2015, Mr. Selth was appointed to a four-year term as a Commissioner to the State Bar's Bankruptcy Law Advisory Commission. He represents debtors and creditors in a variety of matters including consumer and small business bankruptcies, debt negotiation, Chapter 11 reorganization, out-of-court workouts, lien stripping, collections, consumer protection and contracts.
