Jeff and his esteemed partner, Ashleigh Louis, PhD, are co-founders of Quantum® ADR. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience to the table. Cardozo School of Law, (J.D., 1997). During law school, Jeff clerked for the Israeli Supreme Court and advised the Israeli Justices on family law issues adjudicated in the United States. Jeff served in the United States Navy and through a selective Naval Intelligence program received a Russian Certificate from the Defense Language Institute in 1989.
