She was licensed that year to practice in Louisiana and in 2002, she passed the California bar exam. Following her admission to the California State Bar, Ms. Clingo relocated to Los Angeles. She worked at a large civil law firm, primarily handling business litigation and intellectual property. In 2009, she joined a prestigious boutique employment law firm in Century City, where she discovered her passion for advocating for the rights of California workers.Clingo Law Group was formed in 2014 and has since handled hundreds of matters, including representation of employees facing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Based on her own personal journey, Ms. Clingo's practice has also focused and litigated a large number of disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, and medical leave cases.
