Jessica Taran

With more than two decades of professional legal experience, attorney Jessica Taran serves as a partner at Niesar & Vestal LLP, a full-service business law firm based in San Francisco, California. An experienced litigator, Jessica handles complex business disputes, focusing primarily on founder and shareholder disputes, as well as complex judgment enforcement.Admitted to The State Bar of California in 2003 and the New York State Bar in 2004, Jessica completed her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2002. After graduating law school, for over a decade, Jessica worked for a private law firm in New York. There, she represented clients from public and private corporations, including hedge funds and large financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in complicated commercial disputes.
