He has over 30 years of trial experience. His extensive litigation experience serves to benefit his clients facing complex legal concerns, and he has argued appellate matters before the California Courts of Appeal. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Court.A noted and highly respected part of the legal community, John H. Shaffery is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). He is also a member of the Themis Advocates Group, which is a national association of prominent trial lawyers. He previously served as chairman of the board for the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce and helped to found the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation.He has received an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell.
