John P. Glowacki

With nearly 20 years of experience, John P. Glowacki has been a stalwart champion for his clients, helping them secure their legacies and assets for the benefit of their loved ones. At Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP in Laguna Hills, California, his practice centers on navigating the complexities of trust and estate disputes, including contentious trust and will challenges, fiduciary accounting battles, allegations of fiduciary misconduct and cases of financial elder exploitation. He serves clients all across the surrounding region, as well as throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.Mr. Glowacki completed his undergraduate studies in 2001, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and English from the University of California, Berkeley, and during his time there, he was part of Delta Upsilon and Politica: the Underground Political Science Journal. He went on to attend the University of California College of the Law San Francisco and received his Juris Doctor in 2004, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in California.Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Glowacki has become a pillar of leadership within his legal community for promoting the ideals of client-centric advocacy through his own practice.
