Joseph M. McMullen

Joe has focused on federal cases in the Southern District of California and other jurisdictions around the country for nearly two decades.  His jury trial successes include several acquittals on all counts in federal criminal cases and plaintiff’s verdicts in police misconduct cases resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars for the violation of his clients’ constitutional rights.  He is passionate about successfully navigating the unexpected storms that threaten his clients’joie de vivre.  He speaks Spanish, not French, but he embodies that phrase.  Joe is honored most of his clients are referred by other attorneys including former opposing counsel.  He is a frequent speaker on exposing law enforcement misconduct at trial for the National Police Accountability Project.
