As founder of the Law Offices of Judith C. Nesburn, Ms. Nesburn represents clients throughout Southern California. She focuses her practice on family law, practicing both mediation and collaborative law. Attorney Nesburn has 37 years of experience helping clients with the following matters cases: paternity, nonmarital relationships, child custody, spousal support, divorce, mediation, child support, relocation and moving away, property division, cohabitation agreements, post-judgment modifications, premarital agreements, registered domestic partnership agreements and same-sex agreements.After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles, Ms. Nesburn went on to earn a Master of Science in social work and graduate magna cum laude from the Columbia School of Social Work. She then received a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she made the dean's list and was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.Combining decades of experience with extensive training in mediation and collaborative law, Ms. Nesburn strives to help clients resolve family matters as smoothly as possible.
