Justin Weinstein

Attorney Justin Weinstein is the founder of Weinstein Legal in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Weinstein focuses his practice on personal injury claims and criminal defense, serving clients throughout the state of Florida. He handles matters involving automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, boating accidents, burn injuries, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, traumatic brain injuries and truck accidents. Partner Matt Shafran manages the criminal defense division of the firm.Mr. Weinstein is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2012. He gained legal experience in law school by serving as a judicial intern.Before founding his own practice in 2016, Mr. Weinstein spent several years practicing as an associate attorney at two Florida-based personal injury law firms. While in these roles, he continued to develop his legal skills in personal injury protection claims through activities such as conducting depositions and arguing motions.
