Mr. Smith attended Florida State University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science in 1987. He then pursued his legal education at what was then referred to as the University of Florida College of Law, and in 1990 he obtained his Juris Doctor.Mr. Smith focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing people who have been harmed as the direct result of the negligence of other parties. Many of his cases have arisen out of surgical errors, birth injuries, and other types of medical malpractice, but his experience has extended to motor vehicle crashes and defective products as well.
