Kevin J. Mahoney

Kevin J. Mahoney is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in complex multimillion-dollar wrongful death and personal injury cases, both in the United States and internationally. He is an associate attorney at the law firm of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, located in New York City, New York, Boston, Massachusetts, and Los Angeles, California. He has been involved in notable cases, such as the Boeing 737 MAX litigation plea and the Airbus AS350 B2 helicopter sightseeing tour crash in Hawaii.As an aggressive advocate, Mr. Mahoney fights for the rights of injured individuals in high-stakes litigation against well-financed corporate defendants. He has also provided pro bono representation to several clients, including employees appealing against withheld unemployment benefits and wrongly terminated farm workers.Mr. Mahoney earned his B.A. cum laude from New York University in 2009 and completed his education at Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating in 2014 with a magna cum laude Juris Doctor degree. During law school, he received several honors, including the Distinguished Scholar Award, the Billy and Ashley Streiter Memorial Scholarship, and the Samuel J. Heyman Federal Public Service Fellowship. Additionally, he is affiliated with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
