Mr. Guslani is licensed to practice law in all the California state courts, the United States District Court (Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, he is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Northern California Association of Defense counsel where he has spoken on a number of occasions involving various insurance coverage issues.
