Leslie Reyes

Attorney Leslie Reyes is a partner at Reyes & Schroeder Associates, P.C., in Costa Mesa, California. Ms. Reyes devotes the bulk of her practice to immigration law, criminal defense, and family law, serving clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.Ms. Reyes has over a decade of experience handling criminal, family and immigration matters. In her criminal practice, she litigates cases involving DUI, expungements, post-conviction relief and other misdemeanors and felonies. Her immigration and family cases involve family petitions, vawa applications, citizenship, t-visas, deportation defense, divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements and temporary restraining orders.Dedicated to fighting for her clients and helping them achieve justice, Ms. Reyes is passionate about educating her community on their legal rights. She participates in two radio programs focused on advising individuals regarding their legal rights and discussing current legal topics. In addition, she participates in many legal workshops and events throughout her region and volunteers within her community whenever she can.Ms. Reyes earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Diego. She received her law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While attending law school, she interned for criminal defense law firms, served as pro bono counsel for the school’s Immigration Law Clinic and was president of the Latino Law Student Association.Ms. Reyes is eligible to appear before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She belongs to the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and was a trustee board member of the Mexican American Bar Association.
