Lisa Tan

Lisa Tan is an estate, probate and trust litigation attorney at Trust Law Partners LLP. As a partner of the firm, Ms. Tan and her firm represent clients in California and Texas. In addition to estate and trust law, her past legal experience includes complex business and civil litigation.Ms. Tan is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. Her practice includes handling claims involving will and trust contests, breaches of fiduciary duty, contested heirships, contested powers of attorney, estate management issues, fraudulent transfers, partitions, and all other aspects of trust and probate litigation.Lisa is a respected and esteemed attorney and has been chosen by her peers as a Super Lawyer numerous times in her career. Outside of her law practice, she stays involved in the legal community.
