Malcolm McNeil is a partner at the national law firm of ArentFox Schiff LLP. Based in its Los Angeles office, he represents clients throughout California and handles a variety of international matters as well. Admitted to practice in California, Mr. McNeil is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 9th and District of Columbia Circuits, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Court of International Trade.A significant portion of Mr. McNeil’s practice is devoted to complex commercial litigation. The types of matters that he had handled throughout his distinguished career have included partnership disputes, real estate, discrimination and other employment law claims, unfair competition, insurance coverage, breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes and buy/sell agreements.
