Mark F. McAndrew

Mark McAndrew became a member of VLMMc in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a founding partner in the law office of Benvenuto Arciero & McAndrew in New City, NY.Mark attended New York University and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in 1991. He subsequently attended St. John’s University Law School obtaining hisJuris Doctoratein 1994.During law school, Mark clerked for a medical defense firm Amabile & Erman, PC. He accepted an associate position at Martin Clearwater & Bell upon graduation from law school. In 1996, he was recruited by Shaub Ahmuty Citrin & Spratt, LLP where he remained until joining the Benvenuto firm in 2000. Mark's practice focuses heavily in medical malpractice defense and healthcare law. However, he likewise represents businesses and firms throughout the region, as well as, practices in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage.Mark has been admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey & Connecticut, as well as in Federal Court, in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Medical Defense Bar Association, as well as the New York State Bar Association.
