Martin J. He has also represented several startups and midsize companies, helping them navigate the intricacies of business and employee management through advice and timely guidance. Fierce and bold in his litigation, he has managed to tackle large corporations in cases of personal injury actions and complex intellectual property disputes.Graduating with his bachelor’s degree in political science (1988) cum laude from UC Irvine, Mr. Kaufman attended the University of Pacific – McGeorge School of Law to complete his Juris Doctor degree in 1991.
