Michael D. Goldstein

Michael is an experienced trial lawyer who enjoys the challenge of facing the biggest opponents. He has successfully tried many cases and appeals throughout Ohio's State and Federal Courts. Michael focuses his practice on handling complex litigation, representing people and families of those injured in accidents, victims of sexual and physical abuse, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims. Michael has become an accomplished Trial Attorney, and obtained numerous large verdicts and settlements for his clients, including million and multi-million dollar results in wrongful death and medical malpractice claims.  Michael has received peer and industry recognition for his abilities, including inclusion in Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the best lawyers in Ohio every year since 2016.As the managing partner at Goldstein & Goldstein Co. LLC, Michael provides dedicated legal representation to clients in Cleveland, Ohio, and throughout the state, including Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Ashtabula, Stark and Summit counties.In 1999, Michael graduated with honors from The Ohio State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in financial planning. He then went on to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School. From there, he earned a Juris Doctor in 2002.Over the course of his career, Michael has committed himself to aggressively advocating on behalf of those who have been injured by the negligent or intentional actions of others.
