Michelle Schill

As a founder of Martinez & Schill LLP, Michelle D. Schill focuses her practice on Plaintiff's personal injury.  Ms. Schill primarily handles cases involving child injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and auto accident.  However, Ms. Schill is well versed in handling most personal injury claims including trip or slip and fall claims against both governmental entities and private property owners and dog bite cases. Ms. Schill offers legal services to clients in San Diego, California and throughout Southern California.Prior to earning her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2008, Ms. Schill attended San Diego State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology in 2004. Ms. Schill was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2008.An experienced litigator, Ms. Schill draws on the valuable insight that she gained working with insurance companies as defense counsel. Prior to her current practice, she had the unique experience of representing corporate entities and contractors in defending against personal injury matters, which provides her a unique perspective in to what insurance companies require in resolving claims.  Ms. Schill's well-balanced litigation approach gives her the ability to productively negotiate positive resolutions and settlement agreements on behalf of clients.
