He has managed hundreds of labor and employment issues, both individually and on a class-action basis, securing millions of dollars in settlements against a variety of employers. His clientele includes Fortune 500 companies, retail stores, hospitals, school districts, security companies, health and fitness clubs, restaurants, medical facilities, government entities and manufacturers.Before focusing on representing plaintiffs, Mr.Koulloukianserved as a defense attorney for a civil litigation firm, where he represented and counseled employers and handled personal injury cases. His broad experience in labor and employment law encompasses wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, negligence and intentional tort claims, as well as class action wage/hour, reimbursement and union grievances.Mr.Koulloukianhas also advised employers on current employment practices, including human resource policies, wage and hour compliance, and litigation avoidance. He then earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008. He is presently a longstanding member of the faculty for the UCLA Department of Communication Studies, teaching a course on “Propaganda and the Media.” He joined The State Bar of California in 2009.
