Richard E. Donahoo is the founder of Donahoo & Associates, PC located in Tustin, California. Mr. Donahoo handles both individual and class-action lawsuits involving construction litigation and personal injury. He also handles matters involving labor and employment disputes and financial fraud. During the course of his legal career, he has litigated against both government entities and large corporations whose wrongdoing resulted in damages or injury, successfully representing clients in Tustin and throughout Southern California.A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, Mr. Donahoo earned his law degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University. Prior to founding his current firm, Mr. Donahoo was an associate at a Santa Ana, California, firm. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of California and Colorado, as well as the U.S. district courts for the northern, central and southern districts of California and the U.S. Supreme Court.In addition to running his successful law practice, Mr. Donahoo participates in various professional organizations.
