S. Roger Rombro

With over 50 years of experience in the practice of law, Roger Rombro now limits his area of practice to family law. This includes the dissolution of marriages, determinations of paternity, child custody disputes, the determination of appropriate child and spousal support, the preparation of premarital agreements, and domestic violence litigation.Mr. Rombro has been certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization for over the last 30 years. Moreover, Mr. Rombro has earned the highest possible rating of AV* from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, signifying preeminent legal ability and the highest standards of legal competence and professional ethics for more than the last 20 years.Mr. Rombro is a principal and the founding partner in the firm Rombro & Manley, LLP.  Their firm is located in Manhattan Beach, California.Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rombro served as law clerk to the Honorable Stanley N. Barnes, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Following his clerkship, Mr. Rombro served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Los Angeles County Office of the District Attorney. As a prosecutor Mr. Rombro was lead counsel in the prosecution of thousands of criminal actions.Mr. Rombro is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Tulane University School.
