Licensed to practice in California and Nevada, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.Following law school, Mr. Heidari embarked on a journey as a judicial law clerk and research attorney with the Honorable Susan W. Scann at the Eighth Judicial District Court-Business Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this unique setting – one of just five Business Civil Courts in the state – he played a crucial role in aiding Judge Scann with an array of intricate business and civil cases.
