Working as a senior counsel with Reynolds Law, LLP – a California law firm with offices in Vacaville, Fairfield, Redlands and Roseville, attorney Sandra M. Spector has over two decades of experience. Proficient in tax and business-related matters, she provides representation and diligent counsel in issues pertaining to corporate tax, international tax planning, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, integrations, inbound and outbound investments, anti-money laundering, entertainment law, transfer pricing and more.A veteran who has served in the U.S. Air Force for more than nine years, Ms. Spector is disciplined and meticulous in her efforts to resolve her clients’ problems. In addition to having extensive experience handling all tax-related matters both internationally and domestically, she has also represented clients in cases related to residency and employment tax, along with executive compensation. Moreover, she advises clients on the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and other routine corporate matters and drafts contracts for her media and entertainment industry clients.Working for multinational corporations, Ms. Spector smoothly handles issues involving controlled foreign corporations and Subpart F income, passive foreign investment entities, BEAT, foreign tax credits, foreign investment in real estate property, withholding taxes and treaty benefits. Aiding her clients right from the start of the legal process, she also helps with pricing analysis and preparing documents that support intercompany transactions and structured inbound investment for early-stage companies.Securing her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Ms. Spector completed her degree in law from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, referred to as Boalt Hall School of Law, in 2001.
