Siana McLean

Siana McLean focuses her practice solely in immigration law. She prides herself on being a fierce advocate for her clients in the areas of removal defense, asylum, family based immigration, naturalization and other specialized immigration areas. As an immigrant herself, she is acutely aware of the difficulties in navigating a difficult system but had found success in regularly reuniting families and protecting persons from significant harm. She has been recognized by various community groups for her work with immigrants and she continues to press forward for the necessary justice that all migrants need.Siana is admitted to practice in New York State and Ontario, Canada.
