Senior partner Steven H. Osber heads the Fort Lauderdale office of Conrad & Scherer. He focuses his practice on commercial and business disputes. Disputes involving partnerships or shareholders, business evictions, real estate, employment law, wrongful death and construction litigation are just a few examples of the complicated civil litigation cases that he has handled.Additionally, Mr. Osber has represented corporations in numerous high-profile cases involving complex legal challenges, and he has a proven track record of success in both civil and criminal trials.
