    Summer Nastich is the founder of Nastich Law APC, where she focuses her practice primarily on environmental litigation. From the firm's offices in Berkeley, California, she represents businesses and individuals throughout the state. Admitted to practice before all California state courts since 2004, Ms. Nastich is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.Ms. Nastich has represented owners and other potentially responsible parties in matters involving site remediation, hazardous substance release reporting, hazardous materials handling compliance, and cost recovery.
