Zev Y. Weinstein

Formerly a tennis professional, Zev Y. Weinstein, Esq., discovered that his talents were better served toward a different court, the court of law. His experience as a tennis player has helped him prepare for the competitive and sometimes challenging issues that can arise in legal cases.Mr. Weinstein’s educational and professional background proves that he enjoys hard work and attention to detail. He attended Loyola Law School, where he participated as a Scott Moot Court competitor and graduated in the top 15 percent of his class in 2007. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Weinstein gained valuable experience at one of West Los Angeles’ most well-known boutique firms, where he was instrumental in obtaining several high-value settlements.He carried this hands-on experience with him in founding his own firm, the Law Offices of Zev Weinstein in 2009.  In 2014 the Law Offices of Zev Weinstein was absorbed into Schwimer Weinstein LLP, where Mr. Weinstein serves as a partner. As an advocate for the rights of California residents, Mr. Weinstein continues to apply his experience and knowledge to help his clients achieve success both in and out of the courtroom.Schwimer Weinstein LLP focuses on real estate law, landlord tenant disputes, business litigation and catastrophic personal injury matters.  Mr. Weinstein leads the firm’s personal injury and landlord tenant practice.  Mr. Weinstein also holds a real estate license, which often proves useful in his analysis and management of real estate cases. He is also a former Trustee of the Santa Monica Bar Association and active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.  In 2013, Mr. Weinstein secured a $2,000,000 judgment for two children injured at a day care facility and a $1,000,000+ settlement for a client who was injured by a maintenance company while on the job.
